  本文首先对capp 、 pdm 、 erp之间的信息集成作了分析，建立了基于pdm系统实现capp与erp的信息集成的体系结构与集成环境，划分了设计信息集成的层次；结合国内外信息集成理论及方法的最新研究成果，综合考虑技术上的先进性和国内中小企业的实际需要，提出并分析了四种解决集成问题的方案；在研究了产品数据模型在设计与制造过程不同阶段的变化后，提出了采用对象、层次化建模技术；在统一数据模型的基础上，以工艺设计bom为纽带，实现capp erp系统集成的方法，最后给出了应用实例。

  本文首先对cax 、 pdm 、 erp之间的产品数据交换与共享作了分析，阐述了现阶段pdm与cax应用系统之间实现集成的三个层次：结合国内外信息集成理论及方法的最新研究成果，综合考虑技术上的先进性和国内中小企业的实际需要，提出并分析了三种解决集成问题的方案；基于产品信息的合理组织方法，采用express模式语言描述集成逻辑数据结构，建立了具有o - o特征的集成数据模型以支持系统集成，并讨论了集成数据模型在rdbms上的实现方法；最后开发了一个以云内动力股份有限公司cims工程为应用背景的集成数据模型，通过利用ebom向mbom转换的技术来实现pdm系统与erp系统之间的信息交换和共享。
